Logo for a brewery/restaurant in Seaside, Oregon. The owners/brewmasters there are gritty, hairy, cold water surfers. They were looking for something that spoke to the rough counter-culture of Seaside Oregon. A sinister octopus with his right eye gouged out just seemed natural. He is a cyclops…an octopus…a cycloptopus. I calls him “Lefty”.
